Scope

These terms apply to the play-spot directory and all related features.

Account and minimum age

Contributing requires an account and a minimum age of 16. Information must be accurate and credentials kept secret.

Content and licence

You retain copyright in your contributions and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, resize, convert, and display them.

You confirm that you hold the rights to your photos and that depicted people consent.

Prohibited content

No photos showing identifiable children, no unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content, no spam, and no circumvention of security measures.

Moderation

Contributions from new accounts are reviewed before publication. We may remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

Reports are handled within 48 hours; safety and privacy reports take priority.

Liability

Content is provided without warranty; opening hours, prices, and amenities may be outdated. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence where legally permitted.

Deletion and law

You can delete your account at any time; contributions are anonymised or removed. Austrian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
